Zoospore Biologicals Private Limited provides this restricted-access business portal to authorised distributors, staff, accountants and administrators. We use information only to operate, secure and support the portal and the related business relationship.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, role, login status and account identifiers.
- Business and transaction information: orders, products, quantities, invoices, payments, outstanding balances, ledger records, dispatch and transport details.
- Distributor and staff information: addresses, GSTIN/PAN or other business-verification details, assigned distributors, travel logs, expenses and uploaded supporting documents when applicable.
- Location information: shop or office map link, coordinates or location entered by an authorised user. The app does not continuously track location in the background unless a future feature clearly requests permission and consent.
- Technical and security information: IP address, login time, security/activity logs, browser or device information, crash/diagnostic information and notification token when push notifications are enabled.

Please include the account name, organisation and request details. We may verify identity before acting. Transaction, tax, audit or legal records may be retained where required and will no longer be used for unrelated purposes.
