Zoospore Partners app and Partner Connect portal

This is a restricted business service. By signing in or using it, you confirm that Zoospore Biologicals has authorised your access and that you agree to these terms.

1. Service and eligibility

The Zoospore Partners app and Partner Connect portal are provided by Zoospore Biologicals Private Limited for authorised distributors, staff, accountants, administrators and approved reviewers. Users must be at least 18 years old and must use the service only for legitimate business purposes.

2. Accounts and security

Accounts are created or approved by Zoospore Biologicals. You must provide accurate information, keep your password and verification codes confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. You may not share credentials, impersonate another person, bypass permissions, probe the system or access information outside your assigned role.

3. Orders and business records

Portal entries support business operations but remain subject to product availability, pricing, credit approval, tax requirements, transport arrangements and final confirmation by Zoospore Biologicals. Users must review order, invoice, payment, ledger, stock and dispatch information and promptly report discrepancies. An entry in the portal does not override a signed agreement, tax invoice or applicable law.

4. Uploaded content

You may upload only documents and information that you are authorised to provide. You remain responsible for accuracy, legality and any necessary permissions. Do not upload malware, unlawful content or unrelated sensitive personal information.

5. Demo and app-review accounts

A demo or reviewer account may be supplied privately to Google Play, an app-store reviewer or an authorised tester. Such an account:

• is limited to review and testing of the app's normal functions;
• may contain sample or non-production information;
• must not be used to place genuine orders, alter live financial records or access information outside the demo role;
• must not be shared, published or retained after the review; and
• may be monitored, reset, restricted or disabled at any time.

Demo credentials are confidential and are provided through the relevant app-store access-instructions field or directly by Zoospore Biologicals. They are never published on this page.

6. Acceptable use

You must not disrupt the service, copy or scrape data without permission, introduce harmful code, reverse engineer protected components, use the service for fraud, or violate another person's rights. Automated access requires prior written approval.

7. Notifications and communications

We may send essential account, security, order, invoice, payment, dispatch and operational messages by email, push notification or other registered contact method. Delivery may depend on network, device and third-party service availability.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict access for security, compliance, inactivity or breach of these terms. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Zoospore Biologicals is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by network failure, unauthorised credential use, inaccurate user-entered data or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy and termination

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may stop using the service and request account deactivation by contacting portal@zoobiologicals.com. We may suspend or terminate access when authorisation ends or these terms are breached.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction.
